Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mbixa.support@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size-related issues, subject to product availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
