Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, MBIXA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages left at the delivery location. Customers are encouraged to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
